KRIS West Marin-Sonoma: Chart Table Page

Area S Marin/Redwood Creek
Topic Fish: Redwood Creek 1988 Condition Factors

Caption:  The Chart Table fish_redwood_hofstraanderson_1988.dbf shows the results of electrofishing at four stations in Redwood Creek in 1988. These data were collected by Redwood National Park (Arcata, CA) staffers for the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The columns in the table are PCT = percentage of species present, NO = number of fish, NOTL = number of sculpin associated with total length measurements, NOWT = number of sculpin associated with weight measurements, MEANFL = mean fork length (millimeters), MEANTL = mean total length (millimeters), FLSD = standard deviation of fork length (millimeters), TLSD = standard deviation of total length (millimeters), FLMED = median of fork length (millimeters), FLMIN = minimum fork length (millimeters), TLMIN = minimum total length (millimeters), FLMAX = maximum fork length (millimeters), TLMAX = maximum total length (millimeters), MEANWT = mean weight (grams), WTSD = standard deviation of weight (grams), WTMIN = minimum weight (grams), WTMAX = maximum weight (grams), NO_M = fish numbers per stream length (No./meters), NO_M2 = fish numbers per water surface area (No./meters squared), NO_M3 = fish numbers per water volume (No./ meters cubed), BIO_M = biomass per stream length (grams/meter), BIO_M2 = biomass per water surface area (grams/meters squared), BIO_M3 = biomass per water volume (grams/meters cubed), K = mean condition factor, KSD = standard deviation of mean condition factor, CS = coho salmon, ST = steelhead trout, and SC = sculpin.
