Caption:  The above chart plots floating weekly average temperature of Fleming Creek for the years 1997 and 2000-2001. Floating weekly average temperatures did not exceed 16.8° Celsius during the years of record, which indicates that this stream meets temperature requirements for coho. Welsh et al. (2001) found that coho are not likely to persist where maximum floating weekly average temperature (MWAT) exceeds 16.8°C. See InfoLinks for more information.
