| Data Quality Information | Good. Note, however, that the Ft Ross rain gauge type was changed in 1939 so comparison between records before and after that time cannot be directly compared. |
| Use Constraints | No calibrated rain gauging stations are available within the Gualala Basin so gauge records from nearby are captured (Ft Ross, Ukiah, Healdsburg). Considerable variability may exist related to local topography and orographic effects. |
| Supplemental Information | Gauges available for other locations. Department of Water Resources portions of the Gualala Watershed Assessment shed additional light on rainfall and flow patterns. |
