Theme: Restoration Accomplishments This Theme was created by using two coverages from the Klamath Task Forces Technical Work Group Klamath GIS CD published in 1998. The two coverages were kbcdfg_rest (Cal Fish and Game Funded Projects) and kbproj98 (Task Force Funded Projects). The following is a general description of the metadata for the Fish and Game coverages: "COVERAGE DESCRIPTION: The coverage kbcdfg_rest represents California Department of Fish and Game Inland Fisheries Division fishery restoration projects. The intended use is for general information about locations, actions, project participants, and funding sources of in-stream habitat and riparian improvements. The coverage records are a subset of the database fishrest.dbf, which contains additional information on non-field projects such as education programs. There are also records in fishrest.dbf that have not yet been mapped. See related databases for additional information: fishrest.dbf: comprehensive record of projects, see memo field;allids.dbf: decodes TEMP_ID, record status codes.dbf: decodes OBJ_CODE, types of restoration actions." DATA QUALITY ASSESSMENT: The site locations are only approximate. This is not intended to be a complete compilation of Restoration projects, but it will continue to be added to and updated.
