Caption:  The Chart Table "saflow02.db" contains average daily flow data in cubic feet per second (cfs) of the Mainstem Salmon River below Wooley Creek, above its convergence with the Klamath at Somes Bar. Flow = average daily flow in cfs. Period of record is the water years 1912 to 1915 and 1927 to 2002. You may call up any water year by pressing the magnifying glass button ("select a record tool"), and typing in the first date of the water year you wish to view (ie.10/1/50). Then click Chart* and push the green recycle button on the top, right hand corner of the screen. The X axis of the graph may vary depending on the magnitude of the flows in any given year. The U.S. Geologic Survey monitored flows of the Mainstem Salmon River below Wooley Creek, just above its convergence with the Klamath at Somes Bar, from 10/1/11 through 9/30/15. Gage operation was resumed on 10/1/27 and records in KRIS extend through 9/30/2002. Flow records for Salmon River locations come from the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Internet site.
