COVERAGE DESCRIPTION:	
This file is an orthorectified, geo-referenced aerial photograph, commonly known as digital orthophoto quadrangle (DOQs).  The filename corresponds to the name of a US Geologic Survey 1:24,000 scale topographic map.  The file alb_elk.sid is the DOQ for the Albion and Elk quad maps.

DOQs in KRIS Navarro and KRIS Garcia were taken in the mid 1990's (between 1996-1998?) and were contributed to KRIS by Redwood National Park and the California Department of Forestry research station in Santa Rosa, CA.  They were obtained in .bil and .tif format, and then were compressed into Mr. Sid (.sid) format by Paul Trichilo of the Institute for Fisheries Resources.
