Caption:  The chart above shows the cumulative percent harvested Calwater basin area between 1985 and 2000 in the Middle Redwood Creek sub-basin. These data were compiled from THP records provided by the California Department of Forestry, Santa Rosa office. All eight of the Middle Redwood sub-basin Calwaters has experienced harvest above the 25% harvest target cited by Reeves et al. (1993). Harvest activity above this level led to a decrease in diversity of salmonids in Oregon coastal streams.
