Caption:  The Chart Table SedTypeTotals.dbf was derived from Matthews and Associates (2000) Table 11. The PERIOD is the year of the aerial photos used to determine slide frequency and volumes and estimates are based on the period spanning back to the previous aerial photo year. The initial photos in 1942 are thought to reflect conditions from 1933-1942. Values under sub-basin names are tons per square mile of sediment yield in that sub-basin for the period referenced.
