KRIS Ten Mile: Chart Table Page

Area North Fork Ten Mile
Topic Sediment: Fines <6.4 mm from (NFT 1) NF Ten Mile @ Patsy Cr 1993-2001

Caption:  The chart table "mcneil_nft1_64.db" shows average percent sediment less than 6.4 mm and standard deviations from wet sieve McNeil samples in the Ten Mile River. The sieve sizes used by Hawthorne Timber Company spanned the 6.4 mm class size, so a simple linear interpolation of the 6.4mm size class was performed from the 4 and 8 mm size classes (Bunte and Apt 2001). This table was created in KRIS from a crosstab of the source table "mcneil_source_ten.db." YEAR = year of sample. Values are the average of four samples from one riffle. There were generally two riffles or "stations" (note prefix 1 or 2) sampled each year. Data collected and provided by Hawthorne Timber Company. See Info Links for more information.
