The chart on this page can not be modified, as it can in the CD version of the KRIS database. Data can be downloaded (see bottom of page).

Area South Fork Ten Mile
Topic Sediment: Fine Sediment (<0.85 mm) Avg SF Tributary Sites 1993-2001

Caption:  Average percent fine sediment less than 0.85 mm from wet sieve McNeil bulk gravel samples in South Fork Ten Mile River tributary monitoring sites are displayed above for the years 1993 to 2001. This chart is presented for consideration of trends over time. Campbell Creek seemed to show the largest increase of all tributary sites, far exceeding suitability for salmonids in all years but especially in 2000 and 2001. The values used to create this chart are the average of all eight samples from two riffles each year. See individual sediment topics for standard deviations from individual riffles. The reference value of 14% comes from the Ten Mile River TMDL. Data provided by Hawthorne Timber Company. See Info Links for more information.
