Caption:  The chart above shows the miles of road constructed by period for the Lower Big River sub-basins. Road construction activity has recently increased in most of the sub-basins. Middle Big River shows the most recent construction and cumulative miles of road. Road data was derived from the CDF and aerial photographs by Matthews and Associates (2001).
