| Caption: The chart above shows the catch per unit effort (CPUE) for Chinook salmon and steelhead juveniles at the Horse Linto Creek downstream migrant trap. The trap type was switched from pipe to a rotary screw trap, which accounts for some increase from 1994 on. Low catch per unit effort in 1995 may be because of two major storm events in early 1995 (see Dutra and Thomas, 1999 and Info Links for more information).
