| Caption: The chart above shows the raw catch rotary screw trap downstream migrant results for Horse Linto Creek for the spring and summer of 1996. The trap functioned well with over 11,000 juvenile salmonids trapped. The catch per unit effort for Chinook and steelhead in 1996 was also high (see CPUE Topic). Improved Chinook abundance is consistent with the high number of Chinook adult spawners in the 1995-96 spawning season and no high discharge events. The data were collected by the Lower Trinity Ranger District of the Six Rivers National Forest. | |
