This chart shows the maximum daily air and water temperatures during the summer of 2000 in Black Bear Creek. Note that water temperatures remained below the level stressful for Salmonids during the summer months, except for one brief time, even though the air temperature reached some high peaks during this period. Data were collected by community volunteers and paid staff of the Salmon River Restoration Council.
