Caption:  The Chart Table AMPHXTAB.dbf was derived from data collected by Redwood Sciences Lab in Arcata, CA from Mattole River tributaries in different seral stage conditions. Different forest types are rows: LATESERAL represents streams with old growth canopy conditions, SECONDGR is second growth forest and GRASSMIX is a mixed conifer/grassland forest type. Species are column headers: PACGIANT = Pacific giant salamander, TAILFROG = tailed frog, OLYMSAL = southern Olympic salamander, BLACKSAL = black salamander, SLENDERSAL = slender salamander, RBNEWT = red-bellied newt, PACTRFROG = Pacific tree frog, ROUGHNEWT = rough-skinned newt and YLEGFROG = yellow-legged frog.
