Caption:  The chart shows the floating weekly average water temperature in Celsius (°C) of the lower John Smith Creek (site 81-2) for the years 1997, 1999-2000. Maximum floating weekly average water temperatures did not exceed 16.8°C at this site in 1999 or 2000, but temperatures in 1997 were warmer than generally preferred by coho salmon juveniles (Welsh et al., 2001).
