Caption:  This chart shows estimated annual suspended sediment and bedload (gravel replenishment rate) yields for upper Russian River streams located in Mendocino County. Suspended sediment estimations are based on US Geological Survey data from 1965-1968 and work completed by Janda and Nolen (1979) and Lisle (1980). Bedload was estimated as 25 percent of the suspended sediment load (CDWR, 1984). See InfoLinks for more information.
