Caption:  The Source Table tempsum_rus_mrc_96.dbf was derived from automated water temperature data probes placed in tributaries to the Russian River by the Mendocino Redwood Company (MRC). These data were received as text and Excel files of daily summary temperature data. KRIS staff assimilated all data sets into one large DBase IV table. Extraneous data, such as air temperatures when probes were in transit or when stream segments dried up, were trimmed from the dataset.
