| Description | Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife has a Brook Trout Monitoring Project, in which it conducts annual multi-pass electrofishing at seven index sites in the state of Maine to monitor brook trout populations. The data for Alna Stream in the Sheepscot River watershed is included in KRIS. Although the focus of the study is on brook trout, all fish species captured are weighed and measured. |
