| Caption: This chart shows the pool frequency of all pools and scour pools per 100 meters at all NF and SF Digger Creek sites according to the Battle Creek WA (Terraqua, 2004). Pool frequency as displayed here is not scaled for stream width as it is in EMDS rating curves. Scour pools are those formed by stream meanders and not "forced" by large wood. Pool frequency is higher in the North Fork and South Fork than at mainstem Digger Creek sites down stream (see previous Topic). Abbreviations are ds = downstream and ab = above.
